I offer gentle, empathetic, confidential, one-on-one guidance to help you reach your specific wellness goals. I will provide education on foods that properly fuel your body, healthy (but delicious!) recipes, thoughts on exercise and whatever else will help guide you to living your best life.
I have created a comprehensive plan which includes:
- a new client intake evaluation where I can get to know you and find out your specific goals
- food journaling
- goal setting and how we can work to meet them together
- identifying ways to live your best life
- evaluation and discussion on our progress together as a client and coach
You will also receive in addition to our one on one coaching sessions:
- a weekly email check-in
- a healthy lunch/dinner recipe and one clean treat recipe per week based on your personal food preferences
- a mirror message that I created specifically for rmmhealth to serve as a daily reminder of who you really are
